Vinodhini Benjamin Samuel obtained an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London (External) and upon completing the Certificate of Legal Practice, she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 1996.

Vinodhini specialises in various matters ranging from Maritime and Corporate matters, Conveyancing matters, Hire-Purchase Agreements, Distress Proceedings, Tort of Negligence, Labour / Industrial Relations, Family Law and Banking Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Foreclosure Proceedings and Winding up and Attachment Proceedings. She now practises general civil litigation in Joseph & Partners.
